Grief is one of the most powerful human emotions. And one of the emotions we know how to deal with least.

In this first episode in a series of exploring the hard conversation of grief, Michelle Budiwski shares her own experiences of grieving loss - through death, divorce and the discovery that sometimes grief is the loss of hope.
